Housing Repairs Self Service Module
Capita Direct Housing Repairs provides tenants with the ability to request and track a repair online through the Council website.
Repairs can be logged using either graphical images or textual selection. Output from the repairs module can be extracted for upload into third party systems, with the results being fed back into the Capita Direct CRM, allowing repairs to be tracked and progress monitored.
Logging repairs requires a tenancy reference to be associated with an eCitizen account, which allows secure subscription to services through a one-off reference and password.
Additionally tenants can view the repairs history for their home, view schedule of planned and programmed repairs and view listings of priority repairs.
