Housing Rents Self Service Module

Capita Direct Housing Rents provides online inspection of Housing Rent accounts.

Account information available includes all transactions from a set period, transaction dates and amounts, transaction types and the outstanding balance.

Should further information be required, this can be requested or provided using online interactive forms. For example a termination of tenancy can be notified, rent statements or new rent cards requested and payment methods changed. Finally payment of some or all of the outstanding balance can be made using the online payments facility.

Secure subscription to accounts through a one-off reference and password is provided, ensuring security and protection of private information.

Using Capita Direct Housing Rents, citizens can:

• Access service charge details
• Pay rent and service charges online
• Request an appointment with a Housing Officer
