Non-Domestic Rates Self Service Module

Capita Direct Business Rates provides online access to details of individual Non-Domestic Rates (NDR) accounts.

Account information available includes outstanding balance, any relief and all payments made along with calculation details. Using the postcode or address search, rateable values together with the current year's gross charge for all rated properties in the Council can be viewed.

Should further information be required, this can be requested or provided using online interactive forms. For example, different types of relief including charitable, empty and partial occupation can be applied for, changes of address logged and payment methods changed. Finally payment of some or all of the outstanding balance can be made using the online payments facility.

Secure subscription to accounts through a one-off reference and password is provided, ensuring security and protection of private information.

Using Capita Direct Business Rates, your citizens can:
