Landlord Access Self Service Module

Capita Direct Landlord Access provides landlords and housing associations with access to tenant information where housing benefit is paid directly to the RSL.

Information includes details about the claim, for example weekly entitlement, payment details and invoices. Personal claimant information cannot be accessed.

Additionally cumulative lists of all the payments made and invoices raised can be accessed.

Users are provided with a secure login that complies with BS7799 to ensure that the confidentiality of information is not breached. Information available is automatically restricted to that defined in Schedule 6 of the Housing Benefit Regulations.

Using Capita Direct Landlord Access, RSLs can:

• View tenant information where housing benefit is paid direct
• View tenants' entitlement information
• View notifications
• Review history of payments and invoices received
• View current housing benefit award
• View overpayments
