Council Tax Self Service Module

Capita Direct Council Tax provides online access to details of individual council tax accounts. Account information available includes outstanding balance, any discounts or reliefs and all payments made along with basic account and property details. Using the postcode or address search, council tax banding information together with the current year's gross charge for all properties in the area can be viewed.

Should further information be required, this can be requested or provided using online interactive forms. For example discounts and exemptions can be applied for, changes of address logged and payment methods changed. Finally, payment of some or all of the outstanding balance can be made using an online payments facility.

Secure subscription to accounts through a unique reference and password is provided, ensuring security and protection of private information.
