Consultation Self Service Module

Capita Direct's Consultation module will enable users, whether they are citizens, staff or interested groups of individuals to consult on topics online, take part in online discussion forums and view or download related documents. They can also express opinions through online polls and for the local authority to gather information regarding local opinion.

Private topic groups can be set up so as to only allow specific groups of individuals to take part in online discussion boards and opinion collecting.

The Consultation module includes full masking for security purposes and has the facility to revoke user access to private topic groups if required.
