Contactor Access Self Service Module

The Contractor Access module provides housing organisations with the facility to handover housing repair requests already logged directly to their housing repair contractors.

The module enables repair contractors to collect work assigned to them from a secure area of the organisation's website and change the status of these repairs accordingly. It eliminates the need for housing departments to continually liase with their repair contractors on a job-by-job basis, therefore streamlining the flow of jobs and freeing staff to focus on core business.

Contractor Access is a fully web enabled module that can be accessed via any browser interface.

With Contractor Access:

• Contractors have easy access to repairs information
• The status of repair jobs can be updated and even closed by the contractor online
• Jobs can be notified to contractors via a number of channels
• Organisations can manage specific jobs or contractor work effectively with the 'Full Administration' module
