Capita Mobile Solutions wins Wandle contract

Capita Mobile Solutions, a Capita Software Services business, today announced that it has won a contract to supply Wandle Housing Association with a mobile solution. The five-year contract is for the provision of the Streetwise Academy Mobile Repairs and Inspections module to streamline existing housing services and increase productivity.

The repairs application will provide Wandle's surveyors with an easy-to-use tool to complete all pre, post, and void inspections whilst out on site. The core Housing Repairs system will be updated remotely, which means surveyors won't need to return to the office and re-enter information into the core management system. This will result in an increasingly efficient service which will benefit both employees and tenants.

Tom Battersby, ICT Manager at Wandle Housing Association, said: "We are constantly reviewing our processes in order to maintain and improve service delivery to our tenants. We are confident that Capita Mobile Solutions will help us save time and meet our aim of increasing productivity and the accuracy of information."
