Solihull Community Housing selects Capita Software Services

Capita Software Services, leading supplier of integrated housing management systems, today announced that Solihull Community Housing has selected another element of its Academy Housing suite of software through a competitive procurement process. The contract will streamline the existing housing service and improve access to information and accountability to residents.

This new technology will help streamline our existing housing service and improve access to information and accountability to our residents."

The new Academy Electronic Document Management (EDM) solution went live this month and enables the scanning and management of all documents, such as correspondence from tenants or invoices, so that they can be easily accessed by employees anytime, anywhere via intranets, extranets and the web. This will allow Solihull Community Housing's internal processes to become more streamlined and give them ability to share and process documents between various divisions. Ultimately the efficiency of despatching letters and rent statements to residents will therefore be improved.
