Five Local Authority customers highlighted for raising the standards of customer service

Capita Software Services is delighted to announce that five of its customers were awarded top accolades at this year's IRRV conference in October. Each Local Authority demonstrated that they are raising the standards of service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Awards included:
Revenues team - [North Warwickshire]: Capita provides council tax business rates and benefits software
Excellence in Customer Care - [Liverpool CC]: Capita provides cash receipting software
Excellence in Debt Management - [South Lanarkshire C]: Capita provides internet payments and online software services
Excellence in Education, Training & Development - [Croydon LBC]: Capita provides counter receipting, income management, touchtone and internet payments software
Excellent in Social Inclusion - [Southwark LBC]: Capita provides counter receipting and income management software
